Perinnepata (Traditional Food) specialises in providing local and wild food catering services in the Lake Pyhäjärvi area, even venturing into the forest to feed your hiking group. Biologist, chef and cookbook writer Päivi Lehtonen collects mushrooms and berries from nearby forests and cooks local meals flavoured to the needs of groups.
