Originally built as a sauna and washroom, this fine representative of modern architecture is now open to visitors as a lunch restaurant and cafe. Biologist, chef and cookbook writer Päivi Lehtonen collects mushrooms and berries from nearby forests and cooks local meals flavoured to the needs of groups.
